This picture is taken from the elevated sun deck at the rear of the home. The dock is 70 ft long, and provides safe mooring for your craft. The canal, with turning basin, provides immediate access to Cudjoe Bay, a protected harbor, great for waterskiing and lobstering. The bay provides you access to the Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico. The channel to the Ocean provides World Class Tarpon fishing and the flats on either side of the channel are great for permit and bone. A short boat ride gets you to Looe Key for diving and snorkeling and American Shoals for some great bottom and offshore game fish The canal itself is very clean and great for swimming or snorkeling.
